One kitchen gadget I will never have: a pizza oven.
I went to a birthday pizza party on the weekend where the host was asked why he’d waited until a month after his actual birthday to have the party; he casually replied, “Oh, I didn’t finish building the oven until a few days ago.”
Heh.

hehe. yeah I read a little while ago about the guy who started American Flatbread and building his pizza oven. He made it sound so simple. Like why doesn’t everyone have one.

I guess I am in the other camp. I know it’s indulgent, but I would LOVE a pizza oven. I have fantasies of one in the corner of my dream kitchen.
